Adventurers Inc. is currently in beta, available from mediafire (follow the link in the Bethesda forum WIP thread). It lets you hire 30+ employees with various functions, including automatic looting, item scrapping, mercenary followers, and merchants. Use your laborers to construct Yorgrim Manor, a base of operations featuring a centralized office, teleportation system, warehouse with forge and market stalls, seamlessly integrated with Linked Containers and Crafting Station's centralized inventory management system.
