About this video

Hello, 
I am using Mure Enb on my laptop and I've just noticed the image tends to shift from light to dark under this weather condition. Is it a bug in the enb or something else? Does anyone know how to solve it maybe?

The author states on his page that the enb isn't compatible with lighting mods, so I only use ELE Lite and Relighting Skyrim, as I have been told they just correct some lighting errors ingame.
