Part 1: Male Body
OStim SA works with any male body derived from or that functions as an alternative to Schlongs of Skyrim.
- This means TNG, SOS, SAM or HIMBO; either the regular or "light" versions of those mods.
Essential: Prevent penis misalignment
Before we begin, install Selective SOS Physics Manager for OStim Standalone to prevent a misaligned penis during scenes.
If you use 3BA female body, it already comes with it and you do not need to install it separately.
Option 1) The New Gentleman (a single mod that provides a high-quality male body)
The easiest and newest option, The New Gentleman is a complete male body that can be downloaded from Nexus (the other options cannot).
- Install XPMSSE, it can be the most basic version without a plugin (.esp);
- Install The New Gentleman;
- For customizing it further to your liking, it is compatible with retextures for Schlongs of Skyrim, the full (not light) version. For this, BnP - Male Skin is recommended.
- For a higher poly body and BodySlide support, see HIMBO below (option 4).
Option 2) SAM Light (simple and high-quality replacer)
This option is for a simple replacer of the vanilla body that is also high-quality.
- Some users may find that the full versions of SOS bodies contain a lot of unnecessary content (bloat);
- that includes "cloak scripts" that negatively affect performance.

Option 3) Schlongs of Skyrim (more features)
This option provides more features, such as NPCs having different genitals.
- However, there may be undesired features such as dragons and Falmer dropping penis enlargement or reduction potions respectively.
- You must configure the mod to your liking in the MCM.
- Install SkyUI latest version;
- Install XPMSSE, it has to be a version that comes with a plugin (.esp);
- Install SPID, select your Skyrim version when doing so;

Option 4) HIMBO (high customizability)
HIMBO is the male body that provides the most customizability.
It uses BodySlide presets, as you may be familiar with in the case of female outfits.
It requires The New Gentleman or Schlongs of Skyrim, so you must follow the above instructions first.
After you have successfully installed Schlongs of Skyrim, follow the HIMBO installation guide. Also see the installation guide for physics add-on.
Part 2: Female Body
Notice: Currently, this guide explains the installation of BHUNP female body only.
FEMALE BODY: BASICS
3BA or BHUNP body? Both work, but BHUNP is the best body for collisions during OStim SA scenes.
Up-close inspection will reveal that BHUNP simply bends much more naturally than 3BA. This is particularly relevant if you use first-person perspective.
The recommended BodySlide preset for use with Open Animations RE is Disney Mommy NG.
FEMALE BODY: PHYSICS
CBPC or SMP physics? SMP is more advanced than CBPC, but CBPC is still satisfactory. SMP demands more resources.
You can use CBPC and SMP at the same time for different body shapes.

The OStim addon OSMP will toggle SMP physics for the actors only during OStim scenes, so it is highly recommended that you use it.
Note on CBPC installation:
- Select your Skyrim version.
- Select the version of SSE (refer to the OStim Standalone Installation Guide if you are unsure).
- The body shape does not matter.
- Select your desired FPS.
- Bounce config is up for your preference.
- Bounce amplitude is recommended at "normal" for realistic experience.
- Install "Gravity" config.
Note on BHUNP installation:
- You don't need to install Nevernude Bodyslide.
- If you are confident in your computer specs, select 700 radius CBPC ini file. Otherwise, select 300. This only applies for NPC.
- SMP installation: SMP demands more resources and conforms to BodySlide preset, but CBPC is also satisfactory. Select to your own judgement. If you select any option beside SMP only, you may use OSMP so that only during OStim scenes the actors have SMP physics.
- (CBPC Boobs Physics Preset) Boobs Physics: for realistic experience, it is recommended to select "Rare bounce". Boobs collision: "Medium boobs" generally works well.
- (CBPC gravity type) Boobs gravity: add gravity. Gravity is there: select "Gravity for boobs". Boobs push-up: do not add auto push-up.
- (CBPC Amplitude) Recommended default.
- (CBPC Belly, Butt, Leg Physics preset) Recommended default.
- Floppy SOS is recommended for animation alignment in OStim scenes.
- Ygnord Race and Unique Character are not required.
- HDT-SMP for player: this only applies for the player character. Choose according to your judgement.
- Skin for NPCs: does not matter.
- Skin for ygnord: does not matter unless you have selected ygnord race.
- Vagina colors: recommended to use base.
- BHUNP legacy: recommended to install it.
FEMALE BODY: TEXTURES
I recommend these high quality textures:
Option 1) Reverie.
Option 2) Bits and Pieces Female Skin. Get the highest resolution your PC can handle. 8K makes a difference for first-person perspective. Overwrite with specular textures and subsurface scattering from Demoniac skin (glossy). When installing Demoniac, select "use existing" for everything except specular textures and install subsurface scattering.
FEMALE BODY: INSTALLING AND RUNNING BODYSLIDE
In case you didn't know, BodySlide and Outfit Studio is a tool used to change the shape of female bodies and outfits.
After installing 3BA or BHUNP and the BodySlide preset of choice, you need run BodySlide so that the outfits in your game match your BodySlide preset.
If you use OBody NG, you can install a variety of presets and they will be distributed randomly for the characters in your game.
BHUNP BodySlide conversion of vanilla outfits:
If you want skimpy vanilla outfits, there is MiniDresses Collection for BHUNP Bodyslide Vanilla Outfit Replacer.
For MO2, install BodySlide like any other mod and enable it. Like you did with Nemesis or FNIS, you need to add the BodySlide .exe to the list of tools.
First of all, create an empty mod called "BodySlide Output".
Now, right click BodySlide and Outfit Studio in your mod list > Open in Explorer > navigate to \CalienteTools\BodySlide > copy the entire path.
Click the drop-down menu of executables > "Edit...". Add BodySlide x64 as an executable. The .exe is in the path you copied.
Check "Create files in mod instead of overwrite" and select BodySlide Output.
Press OK.
Click the drop-down menu of executables again and select BodySlide x64. Run it.
- Initial configuration: at the bottom right of the screen, you must click "Settings".
- On the Settings screen, at the top beneath "Game", click the drop down menu "Advanced", for the output path you must insert the path to the Bodyslide Output folder you have created, it'll be inside your MO2 installation and then \mods\BodySlide Output\
- Click OK.
In BodySlide, first of all, click "Group Filter". Select BHUNP, BHUNP 3BBB, OCum (if you have it) and Unassigned.
For "Outfit/Body", select BHUNP 3BB Advanced (highest version).
For "Preset", If you use OBody NG, select Zeroed Sliders. Otherwise, select your desired preset.
At the bottom, check "Build Morphs" and then click "Batch Build".
In the list that appears, select everything and click "Build". You may be prompted about different versions of the same outfit, always select the highest version when you have the option.
If you run BodySlide to build vanilla outfits, it will overwrite vanilla outfit replacers, such as Simply Realistic Armor and Weapons (Custom NordwarUA Edition). Even if you loaded this or a similar mod after BodySlide output, it will replace the files of the winning mod, so be careful. Install such mods after BodySlide Output and reinstall them if their files got replaced.

It might be helpful to mention that the XML is from the "female body" (not sure why it is the female body).
If it is true, then 3BA and SMP Installation matters in this case, but only 3BA has options from SoS.
Can't comment on BHUNP, since I don't use it.
Verify if you have made one of the following mistakes:
1) You have the wrong versions of the dependencies for your Skyrim: Special Edition version.
Solution: Skyrim: Special Edition version 1.5.97 is known as SE and Skyrim: Special Edition version 1.6.x is known as AE.
Even if you only bought "Skyrim: Special Edition", the latest version of it (1.6.x) is known as AE.
Download and install the compatible versions of the dependencies according to the installation guide.
2) You have installed OStim SA on a current save in which you previously installed the incompatible mods OSA or OSex.
Solution: Check if it works properly on a new game. If it does, clean your current save (instructions at the bottom of this article).
This mod is complementary with Oromance + or is it better to uninstall the latter first?
I also have Ostim NPC.
"Floppy SOS is strongly recommended for animation alignment in OStim scenes." I'm using SAM Lite, I guess it's not SOS, am I right? Anyway, it's still recommended Floppy SOS?
