Crash on scene end
Try turning off face (and similar) lights if you have them activated.
Some users have also reported Unequip Quiver SE could be causing CTD on scene end.
Scene integrity not verified screen
OStim Standalone was updated to display this screen on every game load if the scene files that come with it have been modified.
It does not mean something is broken, and you may ignore it.
If you want to remove it, make sure you don't have a mod that is overwriting files from the folder \SKSE\Plugins\OStim\scenes that come with OStim.
OStim Standalone: Your OStim.dll or OSexIntegraionMain.pex is being overwritten with an old version.
Uninstall "OStim Standalone - Extended Futanari Animation Support".
It is not compatible and superseded by new features in OStim Standalone.
Character facing sideways upon scene start
This issue is caused by the dialogue head tracking setting in True Directional Movement.
The default value for this setting is 3 seconds and you can reduce the occurrence of the issue by setting it to 1 second.
If you disable the feature entirely, the issue will not happen.
OStim SA Troubleshooting Guide - Frequent Issues
When I start a scene, the characters are just standing idle and doing nothing.
Verify if you have made one of the following mistakes:
1) You have the wrong versions of the dependencies for your Skyrim: Special Edition version.
Solution: Skyrim: Special Edition version 1.5.97 is known as SE and Skyrim: Special Edition version 1.6.x is known as AE.
Even if you only bought "Skyrim: Special Edition", the latest version of it (1.6.x) is known as AE.
Download and install the compatible versions of the dependencies according to the installation guide.
2) You have installed OStim SA on a current save in which you previously installed the incompatible mods OSA or OSex.
Solution: Check if it works properly on a new game. If it does, clean your current save (instructions at the bottom of this article).
The MCM menu is empty.
There is no MCM menu for OStim.
First of all, make sure you have the correct versions of all the dependencies for your Skyrim: Special Edition version according to the installation guide.
Only after you have confirmed this, if it still doesn't work, try these solutions:
1) Move OStim.esp to the bottom of your plugin load order;
2) Wait 3 minutes in game. Install MCM Kicker for possibly speeding this process up. Also get Papyrus Tweaks NG for faster script performance;
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/36801
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/77779
3) Wait 30 seconds. Check the MCM menu. Go into a new cell. Repeat until the OStim Standalone menu appears.
"OStim not ready or installation failed".
This error happens when...
1) You have the wrong version of a dependency or it is being overwritten. Make sure your requirements are correct according to the installation guide.
2) Check if the folder C:\Users\(username)\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition is set to read-only. Disable read-only if it is.
3) You have a lot of script lag and OStim SA is taking forever to initialize. See if it works on a new game and, if it does, clean your existing save. Also get Papyrus Tweaks NG for faster script performance.
4) On the title menu, open the console and type "coc qasmoke". This will load you into an area with less script load and may help OStim SA initialize properly.
5) See if you have a file \Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\JCUser\ODatabse.json. If you do, delete it, so that OStim SA will generate a new one when you restart the game.
6) You may get this issue when SexLab is installed; try disabling it.
Characters are redressing in the middle of the scene.
You have installed 3BA or BHUNP body.
By default, these mods bind the same keys as OSA. The solution is to rebind the hotkeys in the 3BA/BHUNP MCM; you may bind them to Esc in order to unassign them.
"No valid animation found"
This error happens when OStim SA cannot find a suitable animation to call.
This happens when you don't have an animation that fits the mod that is calling it (for example, if it tried to call a group scene, but you don't have group animations.)
Facial expressions are static or not working.
Conditional Expressions - Subtle Face Animations conflicts with OStim expressions (this version is presumed to work).
If it's exclusive to the player character, try opening and closing RaceMenu.
OStim seems to work, the scenes start, but there are no navigation options.
Do you have Immersive HUD, SkyHUD, or Survival Control Panel? Mods that hide HUD elements will also hide the OStim UI. Press the "Show HUD" hotkey of your mod in question, or make sure it otherwise does not disable "HUD Indicators".
The game crashes (CTD) when starting a scene.
Make sure Precision and RaceMenu are updated for your Skyrim: Special Edition version.
Characters are misaligned.
How to fix misalignment?
1) RaceMenu scaling: OStim SA can account for changes in height scale through RaceMenu, but not the scaling of individual nodes. If you have changed the scale of individual nodes, undo those changes.
2) FK Diverse Racial Skeletons: This mod has been reported to cause misalignments. If you have it installed, try disabling it.
3) Mu Joint Fix: If you have Mu Joint Fix, make sure you have version 2.0.0 or greater. Versions earlier than 2.0.0 causes misalignment in OStim.
The penis is misaligned or rotated/bent to one side.
Install Selective SOS Physics Manager for OStim Standalone.
Reminder: Incompatible Mods
The following mods are incompatible with OStim SA:
- OSex, OSex animation packs, Unofficial OSex Bug Patch;
- OSA (you may still use OSA for OStim, as OStim SA does not interact with it, and it is a dependency, albeit needless, of some mods);
- OAlign, OSearch, OSound;
- Any ConsoleUtilSSE version that is not ConsoleUtilSSE NG.
- Conditional Expressions - Subtle Face Animations (this version is presumed to work).
- FK's Diverse Racial Skeletons (causes misalignment);
- Racial Body Morphs Redux SSE AE - FKDRS - Diverse body types and height by Race and Gender (causes misalignment);
- True Player Idling: this mod will interfere during OStim scenes and cause UI and Camera issues;
- NPC Names Distributor: this mod may cause crashes on scene start. Certain versions may also have issues with OBodyNG and preset detection. Try disabling this mod or removing to see if it resolves these issues;
- Immersive Interactions Teleportation Bug Fix (some users reported that it caused CTD, but see for yourself if you'd like to use it);
- Certain version combinations of Compass Navigation Overhaul and CoMAP break Racemenu and are therefore not compatible. Read the mod pages of both.
Reminder: Clean save procedure
If OStim works on a new save, but not on your existing save, you can get it working on your existing save by performing a "clean save procedure".
If during the game you notice that OStim stops working as it did previously, see if that is the case.
You should not attempt do this is your OStim does not work on a new game. That would be pointless.
1. Disable OStim and all OStim addons in your mod manager (including iWant Widgets if you have ORomance). Disabling Open Animations RE is not necessary.
2. Launch the game and it will complain about missing mods. If it says your game is corrupt, the culprit may have been OPrivacy; enable the mod but disable its .esp and try again.
3. Play the game for a minute or two. Run around, change cells, etc.
4. Save the game.
5. Open the new save in Fallrim Tools ReSaver and clean it (see "Instructions" in the middle of ReSaver's mod page description to understand how to do this).
6. Re-enable OStim and any other related plugins that were disabled in step 1.
8. Launch game.
9. Load the clean save you made.
10. Give the game a few minutes to get the OStim MCM working. The game now believes you have never had OStim installed because you cleaned your save.

-Ostim is the Standalone version
-I have read through the mod description to verify everything is installed correctly and compatible(updated as well). Maybe not read through enough?
-Nemesis doesn't show the mods to checkmark but they do still add to the overall amount of animations and animations play no problem.
-mods have been configured in the mod configuration to ensure no problems
-checked the mod in configuration menu for the controls on a keyboard
SE(AE) 1.6.1170
--My bugs--
*The interface during a scene feels very limited I have tried to navigate the menu to perform different sexual acts in all available locations (bed, chair, etc.)
By limited I mean the character can kneel down but no other actions can be performed (not even listed in the menu) from there other than standing back up or laying down. The search bar provides more options of course but even that doesn't show everything
*almost no actual sex scenes are available, they get in doggy position but no further options. Cowgirl on bedside works, hanjobs, kissing, fingering, cuddling work but no further moves can be made.
*auto sex- tried disabling and enabling. They don't do anything automatically as the description in the mod configuration says they would
*npcs don't engage in sex acts on their own
Thanks!
Also, when I do start a scene, it puts the two characters on top of each other and no animations happen.
Remapping the button for interact, to another key, didn't help .
*update*
lol, found the solution, after 2 hours of trying everything ^^
it's the " Advanced Matchmaker for OStim Standalone " mod. :-)
there is a ring that you can wear to start scenes. you just have to unequip it and interacting is working normally.
cheers
My follower was still outside of Riften's walls fighting something. That was the problem. So, I guess you should make sure your followers are all accounted for and they are all behaving before you start a scene.
Thank you, that is all for today.
EDIT: end scene no longer crash when set "modArmorWeightPerkEntryPoint" to false in Scramble bug mod inside the json file.
there is no navigation or any other thing i already disable all my mods except the requirements for ostim and also ostim and it din't work
