Could never get my shadows to look this clean because my load order and possible conflictions was and always will be a mess. What are you running in terms of mods to get such sharp shadows and facial features?
My inis are using the settings from Lexy's guide, which you can find here under the Beth INI section. The only difference is that I turn on FXAA in SkyrimPrefs and then use SMAA from Rudy's ENB on top of it. They don't always look perfect, as you can see in the details of her hair, but it does well enough to get rid of the uglier elements and can give nice contrast in lighting like this.
