About this image
Aw shit I didn't put 7 layers of bloom and depth of field on, what kind of showcase even is this? jk, I'm cool just throwing this out there, who knows who'll even see it because I upload at such random times, but the image says anything important for itself. I'm good to answer any questions you might have though.

A lot of work but what a difference it will make!
How will you get external weathers to show? Could be a nightmare
I wish you luck!
The amount of work varies per cell, if the building is in an alleyway looking out at a wall it's a blessing, so for that reason Windhelm has been really easy thanks to narrow streets.
Whiterun on the other hand has been very hard because the houses have many windows, and their interiors are way bigger than the actual building.
For now I'm not going to do much with weather, and rely on existing atmosphere - Sounds of Skyrim and other mods, and your weather (modded or vanilla) will effect the sky outside. So if it's dark and rainy, outside will look dark and cloudy.
I know the Immersive Interiors mod that got started in 2013 had scripted rain effects outside Breezehome, I'd like to do that too though I'm not any sort of programmer. I'd say low priority, but definitely going to try! My ideal is windows will have water running down them in rain and storms, there's a few ways to do that, I'll just need to figure out scripting first.
