I use a lot of NPC overhauls and replacers in my game. Every popular overhaul seems to have a completely different take on Balimund. I was never sold on any of them. He either became too "fade-into-the-background" generic -- or too pretty. So I gave it my own shot.
His face morph sliders values are the same as the base game. But I upgraded him to use High Poly Head, then gave him slightly different variants of hair, eyes and facial hair and the "age 40" complexion.
I rather like how he turned out. Still looks like the original character and the salt-of-the-earth dad-type he always was. He's also looks believably old enough to have a 20-something son/apprentice (Asbjorn Fire-Tamer) whom he adopted from the Riften orphanage as a child.
