About this image

Completed new meshes. I am new to reworking bones and partitions in nifskope, so nothing actually works ingame yet. If anyone has any good tutorials or can lend a hand I'd appreciate it.

This is nice, though personally that knee armor is a bit out of place,  good work !

Yes I did it in outfit studio. I still don't have the best understanding of it yet to rig the armor correctly when switching say a shoulder mesh to a leg.

I personally use allot of other authors resources to help. After I have permission of course,  but what it comes down to is allot of rotations, mirrors, and dragging parts of the mesh. The smooth enlarge and shrink tools are useful for doing these jobs quickly. As for rigging you'll need a base body. I've seen a vanilla male body for download and I think I saw a vanilla female body too. Those are equipped with the sliders you'll need for the 0 and 1 means. After that you'll have to use an existing mesh with the skeleton set up all ready in nifscope, use a mesh that has the bones and slots you need. Then erase the shape data and put your mesh in its place after you've cleaned the skeleton of all the bones you don't need. That's not everything and is more like a brief summary but it's enough that you can research more.

Sorry for the long message I just wanted to share what I know so you don't have the same struggles I did

I appreciate it. Seeing your designs is what got me to thinking about finally releasing some of my own now that I'm back to playing Skyrim.
