      The original line was from a game called Worlds of Ultima:Savage Land( or was it Savage World.. I forget), where after you used a home made explosive device to kill a t rex a reporter follower says something along the line of Death by Terminal Migraine.....
      bomb was used to drop a boulder on the t rex......
