Honestly I don't remember. I am still using NMM. I think I installed Fair Skin, then Diamond over the top but maybe kept the goosebump normals from Fair Skin. I always use the "flat" option so that there isn't any fake shading. It didn't look wet with my previous ENB, it was more matte.
