It would be more helpful if you went to that area and consoled a tree that has that billboard, because then you could look for it in your dyndolod output
Also a list of all your installed tree mods would also be very helpful.
What you have done (and this is meant to give you feedback) is hope someone can recognize it by visual appearance alone. Providing the information i have asked for above is what will actually help in determining your issue.
As far as I can tell, the tree in question is the one that is selected in the console in the image -- TreePineForest02.Nif from alittletreemod.esp. I'm not sure how to go about finding it in the Dyndolod output though as the ids don't seem to be the same. (I'm definitely not an expert in that area though, so I may just not know what to look for.)
The only mods I have that affect trees are A Little Tree Mod as mentioned already and Cathedral Landscapes. I'm using Dyndolod 3 in case that helps.
I did look up the billboard that is in use for 00018A02, but it looks nothing like this. Not sure what's going on.
Thanks for the suggestions. They did help in isolating the affected trees.
On looking more closely at it, the affected trees are the Aspen trees. The issue appears to have happened when generating the TexGen files for it -- for some reason, all of the TreeAspen##_########.DDS files had a bright red leaf area with no transparency. This doesn't appear to have happened with any of the other tree types (the pine trees for example all do have transparency). So something effed up when generating the TexGen for these specific trees. I was able to solve it through the following steps: I'm not sure which specific step did the trick, but the combination ended up working.
Upgrade Dyndolod 3 from Alpha 39 to Alpha 47
Upgrade "A Little Tree Mod" from version 0.8 to 0.9
Turn on the billboards from "A Little Tree Mod" (previously they were installed in MO2 but not enabled)

Those deep reds, the only thing i can think of is Aspen's Ablaze. I'm using "A little tree mod" and DynDOLOD 3 myself, and don't have those red trees

After doing all those, it is working. However, if it is working, i'd say count your blessings and don't mess with it lol.
