By crafting them on the tanning rack :P Jokes aside, those ears are equippable item from one of the outfit mods I have installed. I'm not sure which one tho. Something from Daymarr's mods here, on the nexus.
Thanks Thesarantis! The colors are due to bokeh tonemapping feature in the ENB I'm using, allowing to change color, contrast and brightness of the background
...and the reason why I posted only one image. In other words, I tweaked 150 things in my ENB in location A, moved to location B which suddenly made everything looks nicely, took an image, alt-tab (which is causing ENB setting to reset) to check the image and yeah... back to the start
