    Wow!
There are ways to balance a sword with or without a pommel.  Your original design was beautiful.  I was willing to take it on faith that the grip being solid metal was sufficient to balance the blade.  However, now that I see the redesigned model with that gorgeous pommel I must agree that it does look even better now!   Perfect!  Flawless!  Gorgeous!  Thank you
You've made some rather beautiful jewelry and staves.  But, this blade proves that you can also make other items with equal beauty and perfection.  You've made something that walks that perfect balance between realism and fantasy, IMHO.  I hope to see more!
Adventure ever on my friend, Phat

True, but the inner part of grip is wooden, even though it is warped in metal I don't think it would hold be balanced. Like I said, I don't want to explain everything with 'magic'. There are non-magical weapons around skyrim, I have to keep the magic the others.
I think I learned a thing or two during all the years I mod, I just like jewelry most...and there is a lack of jewelry mods for skyrim, as well as staves, but plenty of weapons to equip an army or two.

      cheers.

Not only is it more balanced, but it somehow looks even more pleasing to the eye! That pommel is gorgeous! Truly, art and functionality going hand in hand!
