My female Imperial wanted some revenge on the Empire for trying to chop her head off. The Stormcloak prisoner thought he was being freed of his bonds. Um... no. She's loyal to the Empire. Just needed to make a statement... "Death To The Stormcloaks!!!"

she "did" get a bounty... until the last witness (stormcloak) fell. Then she walked away with a smile. :)
