Looks like the mod author didn't place the weapons as a static item then use a trigger box to be used to activate storage. That can happen when you use a "static" item and make it into a container, using only "don't havok settle" and the script with it doesn't always work. I wouldn't call it a bug perse, but definitely something that would be easy to fix yourself or ask the mod author to fix if they have the time :)
