An elderly nord scholar first encountered in the Riften ratway. Before and during the Great War, he used to be a member of the Blades. Being the chronicler meant that he had knowledge of the whole history of the order, which made him a priority target of the Thalmor after the Great War ended and the Blades disbanded. While undercover, he became obsessed with the return of the Dragons to Skyrim and the prophecy of Alduin the World-Eater.
