She's one of the NPCs added by the mod "Interesting NPCs" if I remember correctly. I ran into her whilst exploring the area about Labrythin (spelling?) if I remember correctly. Almost attacked her and then realized she wasn't moving to attack me. Thought the game was spazzing out (what, Skyrim? Spaz out? Pshaw.) But then I realized I could talk to her. Holy moly! What a story she had to tell. By the end of it, I was on the verge of tears. What a tragic character. Well written and well voiced. In the end, I simply had to honor her "last request."
I agree. I was shocked in that she wasn't like the other Draugrs and her story gave her depth, It was one of those moments where the game left me thinking for awhile long after I had left her behind.
