A breton blacksmith living in Raven Rock on Solstheim. Before he packed up and left for Solstheim, Glover used to be a member of the Thieves Guild along with his brother Delvin, who is still active in the organization. While Glover isn't exactly an active member anymore, he will still recognize a fellow guild member when he sees one. Nowadays he tries to make an honest living as a blacksmith with his own forge at Raven Rock's main square.
