It's slightly recolored SC's hair texture from Vanilla Female NPC Overhaul with Superior Lore-Friendly Hair's braids and transparency + accessories from SSEUT.
These pictures are great (plus Lydia, Olfina). Any chance you are working on a verison of Annekke Crag-Jumper? I normally use the Bijin version because it is the best one i've seen so far, but it is low poly and so the nose and chin are a bit angled compared to more up-to-date high-poly face mods.
