This is a side by side comparison version of the same shot I just posted. I had this shot in my mind even before I attempted the Re-Sculpt of Selene. After I released the mod and even after a few updates. I never felt confident I could pull it off. It is my favorite sequence from all the movies. In the opening of the first movie. Selene is up in the tower watching the street in the rain. She then jumps down to follow the unknown human the werewolves seem to be following. The sequence culminating in a epic gun fight in the subway. It is my feeling she never looked better in any of the following scenes or movies. It wasn't until I release the optional hair style wig that I could see in game what I had in my mind's eye. It's still not perfect but, I think its as close as I can come with my current skill level and Skyrim's graphic engine limitations. For some reason Skyrim's lighting is all over the map. It ranges from super blown out with crazy color cast and bloom effects. To de-saturation levels that almost look black and white. Notable in this shot. For the wig I customized a very strong specular map. However, Skyrim in this cell doesn't seem to render even a hint of it.
Even shots taken in NifSkope tend to show significantly more detail. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh well. I still really like it. Hope you do too. Please excuse the low resolution. Even though Steam VR is rendering internally the equivalent of 4k resolution twice. It still spits out lens distorted screenshots at only 1440p that need the distortion cropped off. I have tried leaning in and taking close ups but... that usually results in odd shapes of the charters head.
