About this image

In his youth, Henry Gromwood made his studies in Daggerfall where one day, during one of his free time in between his classes, he went to the Daggerfall Cathedral to pray and rest for a bit when he saw a Pipe Organ instrument and tried to play it. He adored the sounds it made so much so that he was able to learn it through a teacher and became very proficient in it, eventually becoming a successful part time Organist as a hobby. The Pipe Organ was built in Orsinium and sold to the Daggerfall Cathedral and is mostly maintained by a few Orcs.
One of his wishes was to one day acquire his very own Pipe Organ.

It became a reality years later when he built his large estate in Skyrim.
He tracked the very few who could create such a complex task all the way to Orsinium, where the original Pipe Organ was built.
He paid large sums of gold and explicitly made arrangements to invite them in his estate in Skyrim and have them build his customized Pipe Organ in the Grand Ballroom, spared no expenses.
His Pipe Organ would become a marvel of mechanical instruments and making it one of the most advanced and sophisticated musical instruments in all of Skyrim and Highrock combined.

Now that the mansion is in its dilapidated state, this very Pipe Organ is now sitting in darkness and cobwebs. To say that it is unfortunate that such a wonder is in this state would be an understatement. However the mysterious energies from the house were able to preserve it very well, protecting it from the ravages of time and humidity, just like everything else in the house.

Some would pay a hefty good price to have at least some of the mechanical parts of the Pipe Organ as its secrets to its construction was lost in time. This has been a good motivator for some to go search for the mansion and recuperate parts of Grimwood Manor's treasures such as this but the dark forces of the mansion have prevented them from ever getting out.
