Not sure what's wrong here, I don't have any skins installed or really anything that should be editing the body like that

    Usually happens when the skin doesn't match the skeleton/mesh
    UNP type skin on a CBBE body type or visa versa.. perhaps

      What confuses me is that I don't have any skins installed for female bodies, and all the armor I have installed is specially CBBE. By all accounts, the skin should be vanilla?

      The vanilla default skin still wont match the skeleton/mesh if it's a different body type
      Check your skin and skeleton/mesh, if they're both CBBE then I have no clue what's going on.
