   That's not a missing texture, thats parallax and snow shader having issues.
   
   Uninstall Better Dynamic Snow and install Simplicity of Snow OR uninstall whatever texture overhaul you have for Windhelm which has the parallax files.

      Thanks a lot for your comment. Now I installed "Auto Parallax" and that helped.
