      I use the Far Horizons Replacer mod... which appears to no longer be on the Nexus.  If you want, I am happy to email it to you.

   AAHHHHHH SO PRETTY!!! Honestly, even though mods do enhance the natural scenery quite a bit (and I'm sure they're being used here, too) Skyrim in its most vanilla state is so stunning. Seriously, though, lovely shot! <3 <3 <3
