About this image

Just got my PC back after over a year away and got right back into modding, this time I'm working on a nordic heavy armor mashup, based on how I would envision a nordic knight.
Helmet is very rough currently but I wanted to make something vaguely armet-shaped out of it.

Meshes use vanilla texture paths, though I will probably make my own textures for it as well for alternate versions.
In the screenshots I have installed Steel Armors and Weapons Retexture SE by Xavbio and RUSTIC CLOTHING by Gamwich.

You should consider adding fur shaders like from Fur Shader Armors
Also I really like the helmet, you did a great job shaping it into something unique

      Thanks for the feedback,
however to be honest, the shell texturing fur is a bit beyond my skill level at the moment, so that's not something I plan on doing any time soon.

Hmm, I see. I assumed it was just a matter of copy pasting the matching fur shells from the above mod. It has open perms

I didn't realize it had open permissions, I will look into it then.

Looking forward to this is a nice set of armor, will it be standalone or a replacer or both, as I'd really like the standalone as I use other mods for the reguler nordic plate armor

I was going to make it standalone, but I will likely include a replacer option as well since it's very easy to make.
