Alan woke up again last night and as usual, told me about the monsters living in the house. I had to accompany him to his bedroom and stayed next to his bed until he went back to sleep. It's the same nightmares again and again. He told me that there are dark shadows roaming the house and that they could only be seen at the precise moment when he would fall asleep but lately he says that they can sometimes be seen in the middle of the night when fully awake. This morning I asked him to draw what they looked like and this is what he came up with.

I'll be honest, this scared me. I've been to scary places and fought countless creatures and undead but never have i ever seen something like this. Martha says that they seem to share some features with Wraiths but she agrees that there is no possible way for these to be Wraiths because we would've seen them since the very first day we moved here and not years later.

Then i showed the drawing to Ophelia to see if she also saw them too. Her eyes opened wide and looked terrified for a second. She then composed herself and said she never saw those. From that look on her face, i bet she saw them too but is probably too scared to tell me herself.
Me and Martha have never seen these before. If they aren't Wraiths, what could they be? Alan also said that they are the reason why it's always so cold in the house. I have to agree that there are problems with the temperatures in the house as it seems to be colder inside than outside but to say that these things could be at cause is a stretch.

As usual, I dismissed this as nothing more than nightmares once again, that is until i saw the creature's hand on the drawing and remembered that i've seen some dark handprints matching these in the basement, most notably in the basement sublevels.
