I looked at your profile and you don't post screenshots, so I assume you want that effect for gameplay.
I tweaked my enb a lot for this particular scene, so it looks very unbalanced when you look in other directions, which makes it unusable for gameplay.
Anyway, in the enb settings I selected a LUT that brightens up purple colors and upped the bloom contrast. Then I lowered the lensflare threshold in the lens settings.
Interesting. It's fine if it isn't useable for gameplay. I have interest in doing screenshots, but I'm trying to piece together and learn cool techniques first.
I haven't gotten into using LUTs yet, so it's something I will look into for sure. I'll reference what you said here and see what I can come up with.
