Elsweyr Anequina map - west side

My question to you is, where should the Valenwood border be at with west Elsweyr? The red line or the green line?

I originally thought the red line is the west Elsweyr / Valenwood border since that seems to be the Xylo River going up north to the Strid River (on the Cyrodiil border). But is that some other river in lore that's next to the Xylo? Is where I marked "Xylo River?" the Crescent River? And I've got the border way too far to the west?

Where I placed the map marker for "Pelletine Border West" is that too far west or is Dune city just placed too far to the east?

Elsweyr in lore owns the west bank of the Xylo River at least in the south Elsweyr / Pelletine region (a result the 5 Year War). But how much of that west bank does Elsweyr have up north in the Anequina region? None? And does the Xylo spill into Valenwood?

Too many questions I know, haha!! It's just that when I placed the Pelletine / Anequina border map markers, I may have either messed that up or messed up the placement of Dune city. Any help would be nice, thanks all in advance! :D
