14 fps on an i7 3770 with a GTX 970 and 16GB RAM, typing killall made it freeze so I had to end task.
So 300 bandits + Whiterun citizens + Open Cities + Killall = Freeze. Had to put a lot more work into breaking it than I did with Skyrim Regular. Seems to still have a bit of an fps dip at the top of the stairs looking at the tree though, sadly.

Your description said you froze it, but did you break it before you did the killall?
