About this image

Redoing all of Solitude’s walls and towers in a new architectural style. Going for a historical Norman inspired castle architecture look, with realistic fortifications. Some architectural elements are also inspired by the Elder Scrolls Online version of Solitude.

The concept and intent here is to follow the vanilla footprint as closely as possible. So it should be pretty compatible in general. But might need a patch or two.

    so is it gonna be compatible with solitude overhauls, like redbag's overhaul of it?
    either way you have my attention and I'm looking forward for it

      in regards to Redbag’s it’ll for sure be incompatibility in a lot of walls as his mod drastically changes / lowers the city walls.

      btw do you have a recommendation on which mods that add better docks taht will work with this? say the holds mod, the single version that deals with solitude, simple docks or better docks???  or will fortified solitude deal with

      Thank you! Yes, I think it’s beautiful too so far. And it’s got all of the realistic defensive features you could ever want…. Arrow slits, a gatehouse with a front and back portcullis and murder holes, crenellations, and machicolations! :)

      Haha thank you friend. I’m very excited about this one!! Very castle like. After about 3 attempts at different styles of architecture, I believe I’ve finally designed one that fits the Perfect blending of Nordic culture with Imperial influences. And this is the wealthiest city in Skyrim.
