Isn't this literally emperor sigismund's set?

Looks so good! I'm assuming the picture is of the body weight set to 1?

Close to 1.I might make the torso and the arms bigger to fit body_1,as long as the armor does not get too deformed.

I would leave it let other people adjust the volume with body slide.  The original armor that you're replicating was quite thin.  Archduke Sigismund von Tirol, I think.  That armor is literally my dream harness, so yes you're making my dream.  I wish I had you're skills to make this armor, I've tried but failed to make what you're accomplishing here.  You have my respect!

I am just an amateur 3d modeler who uses free 3D programs (Blender and Caliente's outfit studio),free texture programs like Gimp, free plugins for those programs to import and export meshes and textures in the proper format (nif files,DDS files) and watches and reads tutorials to learn how to edit meshes and textures to my liking. You can do that too.

You're too modest, this is not amateur work. Haha  My mods are amateur work compared to this.

Maybe you can put red details to the fluted pieces, or make it glowing if you are looking for a little fantasy aesthetic.

I plan to add red gold highlights on the decorated sections but this is set for the future. My top priority is to make functioning realistic and aesthetically pleasing meshes.

Nice Gothic armor!  How about a craftable, upgradeable standalone steel set? Pics endorsed.
