Whats this for? Skybliv or Beyond Skyrim? or just something to add to the modding community?

  Mostly my own projects, but might make some replacer mods for Skyblivion and Beyond Skyrim. I don't like all of Skyblivion's design choices so this would make it feel way more at home for me. (I have textures for the other cities/counties as well)
