No files document her past, where she came from, her family, her name. The asylum was her home for the most part of her life, and she suffered constant abuse from the guards. She floated between complete abscence, in a dreamlike state, to outbursts of anger, bound by arcane restraints to lessen her threat. This was her routine, until someone came. "Master?"

A man, blinded by knowledge. The only one who was able to pass through the veil of insanity, and reach the woman inside. His eyes could not see her deplorable state, but his mind saw the power running through her blood. She was the one. The one he saw in the Scroll.

He gave her a notion of self. How to read and write. He started to prepare her... For she was the only one capable of changing Vennesetiid.

He thought he was Daanik, that everything would inevitably end. But there she was. Hind, a light amidst all the darkness.

She ended up thinking it was her name, though. He didn't mind.
