Baan Malur is the capital of Morrowind and of the House Redoran. It's part of a greater project that will allow you to go to mainland Morrowind, starting in the North-West.
TES V is the only one i've played. But since TES VI will be release in 2030 it seems, good to know there are some good extension to come. Good luck for your project man.
