    I have declared my ownership over this violation of intellectual property (i.e.  my creative endeavors).   And copyright everything thus  posted.  I have  used many different outlets and forums prior to this corporate declaration and continue to do so, in many situations prior to listing my work on their site!  As their intention was constructed in such a manner as to force an agreement before a participant could sign back into the site (as they had signed everyone out previously!)   I signed back in under duress!  I urge everyone to whom this situation is relevant, to never give up  your personal creative property rights!  (c)

      Hi, long time no see! My life's fault for that really.
      The site in question, I want to clarify, is not Nexusmods here but Bethesda's Skyrim EULA.
      I'm happy you're of this magnitude of intelligence to cunningly turn it around on them :D
