Looks nice but a bit plain, perhaps the pommel could be made more interesting? A lot of the time, but not always, a good pommel attached to a rather plain blade can elevate it into something special?
I don't think there is anything wrong with it not being super distinct. If you really think about it, in a world without assisted manufacturing, it would be more common to see slight variations. Any 2 of an identical item that was not very bland would be quite rare. I think it would make way more sense to see like 30 different similar steel dagger models than 1... Like a series of projects from an artist, or a cultural style with individual twists, or just differences in angles or patterns when a smith isn't using a mold or comparing them side by side. The spice of life :)
