About this image

I just wanted to apologise to those people who regularly endorse/comment on my images... The last several months have been rough in RL, and the last few days even worse.. the nadir yet to come...
So, it has been difficult to interact. It will get better...eventually, as such things do, but for now, I guess I'm a bit intermittent.

Some kind of boundless longing shines through from the picture and the beautiful music. I wonder for what?

    Beautiful Pic!
I really like the style of your Shots,
they make me feel like I did when I played Skyrim for the first time...

My sympathies, sincerely. Be kind to yourself.
Creating and posting art has been a solace to me over many hard painful years ...

The somber, muted colors of winter are so beautiful. I love the subtle tawny, tan, blond, and maroon colors of winter grasses around my place, as in your picture. I prefer the cold overcast style of the original Skyrim over the more modern or modded bright sunny images, but I realize both lightings have their time and place and effect.  Compare with my image:

      Thank you... I'm trying...
Agreed... I think it's because art, no matter the medium...speaks in the language of the soul, it expresses what words often cannot... it is universal.

When I experienced this moment in-game... it mirrored what I was feeling inside... As you know, I love soft, gold lighting, hence I take so many sunset/sunrise shots.. but this more sombre lighting with its muted colours draws me in as well... and right now, it is where I am.
