I only will patch the mods i use myself. If you come across rowboats in snowy regions (vanilla), write down the REF ID (if you want) and report them to me. For me it is usefull to finding them faster.

Just a query but is your patch also changing the docks to snowy at Telegard as well?
As I reported to you before the snowy ship wasnt working for this town, but I noticed my docks were also without snow, even through I use Simplicity of Snow at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) which works everwhere else for me.
