I'm currently working on a new shelf, I would like to keep the Vanilla style, the shelf is still a work in progress, but this is more or less an outline, tell me if you like this style, maybe I will make more similar ones, thank you for your help :)

The best way IMO would be to have the rotten ones in "abandonned or "dark places", the one in this picture in common places swapping with the one with missing planks, and a third version in a high quality style (no space between planks, sort of "well designed" ) for Noble places like castles/Noble houses etc...
I guess there is a way to implement the different models via Base Object Swapper, maybe with "Dungeon" or ingame keyword for an immersive replacement...
