About this image

I don't exactly know why mongolian armour kind of fits with the orcs, but it does. Nordwar seems to think so as well at least. However as strong warriors and master blacksmiths I figured it makes sense for their armour to be quite big, protecting most of the body. The armour worn by the male is a unique version only worn by the chiefs of the tribe. The bone weighing still needs some work, but its tolerable for now.

I really like this. Orcs used to have a lot of Asian (Japanese and Mongolian) influence (especially in their armor) so seeing a sick set like this really cool.

What ideas do you have for the Ebony and daedric armors?

ebony is just the same as NordwarUA as I feel the design is good enough as is. Regarding the Daedric armour, at the moment I have ported a MORDHAU armour set that I'm very happy with and that is almost finished so I'll post a picture soon!

Yeah, I've got full replacers for most of them already, but going to redesign some of them as i'm not quite happy with them/they have some issues. In fact, my dawnguard helmets use your knights of the flaming rose helmets at the moment!

Oh no, I really like the spiked greathelms! I think they'll definitely stay as the dawnguard helms.

    Bro is cooking HARD.
I wish you would release these eventually. I hope you do.
Mayponce and NordwarUA are very generous when it comes to allowing their assets to be used in mods, you only need to ask them. The issue you're likely to face is the CDPR one, but if you look around in the nexus, lots of their stuff gets posted here. Its just a bit inconvenient and takes long for them to assess your request.

I thought CDPR had just given permission to port assets as long as you credit them? I think the bigger issue is finding the textures I used from the internet and crediting them, some 3D models I used may or may not be allowed... death by a thousand cuts, or in this case permissions, just the little things. This project is far from finished, if it ever will be, but permissions and all that jazz is an issue i'll look at when i have a satisfying finished product I guess.

No, its case by case basis. You may check the list here for future reference.
Regarding textures, I would advise you to start looking into and using modder resources in the nexus as those are typically open permissions. Theres a whole lot to choose from(including cubemaps and whole models), but a friend of mine who made some NordwarUA based mods used this to aid his texturing of stuff.

If you can, you could redo all your retextures using the free stuff here on the nexus. It would permission proof your mod's release, so long as you give credits ofc
