They look as if they are about to drop a dope album lol.

Found these three buggers just wandering around in the north-west, near Northwatch Keep. They weren't hostile, which I found surprising (mainly as I'm the type to shoot first and ask questions later). Most likely part of a Thalmor patrol, as Immersive Patrols uses them.
