Makin' some progress with the civil war.

So I'm having some issues with the war that shouldn't be too gamebreaking. One being that Stormcloaks sometimes stop spawning until you save and reload. The other being that some Stormcloak soldiers are invisible, but fortunately the Imperial soldiers were able to kill them off.
