   I used a mod that just got put on today. it is not ECE.
   It is a preset of Tania and another popular npc.
   http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1742/? <---- Please endorse it. It's the closest thing we got for using Ece like features without being able to have skse.
   Also i added the demoniac skin using cbbe texture and Ks Hairdos.

   Is that ECE/Racemenu? If so, how did you get it to work with SSE?
