      At this point in my game, she is.
      
      Level 63 character
      Destruction spells cost 0 magicka due to enchantments. I'm not one to bother with cheats and God items
      Magicka, Health and Stamina is over 700 points each
      1000+ feedings through Better Vampires. This equates to stronger physical augmentations.
      HATES FIRE THOUGH, AUGH!!
