Sorry for the slow reply, I use Obsidian Weathers/True Storms with ethereal clouds also mintys lighting, darker nights and wonders of weather. You can find them all on the Nexus.
Anyone that has problems with purple or blue being too strong may need to lower the "in game volumetric rays" intensity for that particular weather (in ENB) they make fog purple/too blue sometimes with Obsidian weathers.
The hardest thing to do is getting colors and lighting to look right with any mixed up weather/lighting mods.
