I posted this to hopefully help:

    1. Those modders who want to know default vanilla imagespace settings so they can enable the new underwater effects in ENB.
    2. Those modders who want to disable blur effects completely.

Does that enable/disable all imagespace modifiers?

according to this mod Erase Imagespace Modifiers
With over 200 possible effects in vanilla Skyrim and the DLCs, it can be difficult to determine which modifier is hanging around in your game. As a result, the most common solution for these issues is the use of a console command that disables display of all IMODs, the sisme 0 command. Unfortunately, that also prevents any new modifiers from taking effect: if you've gotten stuck with a radial blur and want to use night vision, the sisme command will block both of them.

      yes all IMODs
