i would add if you are not using an enb it would most likely be a texture issue. if that is the case best to un-tick a mod at a time go back in game until the problem is no more, that will reveal the culprit mod causing the issue.
Thanks, I have solved my issue :) I didn't notice I had two version of "Improved rain and fog for Cathedral weathers" active at the same time. Deactivating the older one solved my problems. I must have pressed the wrong button when updating. :P
