Not at all. It is from a Russian website. Here is the link: https://tesdiesel.blogspot.com/2018/04/wip-tes-diesel_13.html Please be aware of 2 things: - it contains meshes that you need to convert - you should override it with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68196 if you do not want the signs to be in Russian. :-) Other than that it works perfectly in SE.
