Had to take a vacation so I am away from my main PC and using my gaming laptop, Thought this would make a cool mod. So I have used Substance Painter 2 (yes I have a legit license) to retexture chillrend into a red (fire) version, With new Normal maps, and a custom made Specular map for both of the weapons.
Heres some other info:
Diffuse map's: 2K (Vanilla size)
Normal Map's: 2K (Baked in substance painter 2 from the originals but with more detail)
Specular Map's: 2K (Custom made in photoshop CC 2017)
Other cool info [Folder structure in the data directory] (WIP, NOT FINAL STRUCTURE)
Meshes -> modFirerend -> Chillrend (contains all the variations on the chillrend models, See Below)
Meshes -> modFirerend -> Firerend (contains all the variations on the firerend models, See Below)
Textures -> modFirerend -> Chillrend (Contains the diffuse maps for the chillrend blade and hilt)
Textures -> modFirerend -> Firerend (Contains the diffuse maps for the firerend blade and hilt)
Textures -> modFirerend -> Shared (Contains the Normal and Specular maps for the swords hilt and
blade)
Scripts (WIP, Dont know if I will implement scripts into the final mod yet)

Each sword has 4 variations of the model as seen below
SWORDNAME_NewSpecular_NewNormal
SWORDNAME_OldSpecular_NewNormal
SWORDNAME_NewSpecular_OldNormal
SWORDNAME_OldSpecular_OldNormal (effectively vanilla)
