    Congrats on a coming release!
    New feature look amazing!

    Few questions:

What about enabling some interior wet effect during non rain weathers?
Rudy has some good effect in dwemer dungeons, maybe we can have some separate weather for certain location interiors? Not entirely sure if this is doable

About the presets - I guess picturesque preset will not be created at that point right?
I still struggle with my own version of picturesque horizons in still think basic silent horizons looks much better in most of the aspects other than the sky colouring , nights and bloom.

The problem with enabling the wetness effect everwhere is, that not all objects should reflect their surroundings all the time. You need to have some kind of mask, otherwise it will look wrong on some scenes. Another problem with the wet effect is that it doesn't use the most accurate algorithm for its reflections. Its done that way to save performance but if I would enable some kind of screen space reflection globally I would want to use a more robust solution.

I won't add location based weathers like Rudy did. It's certainly possible but isn't compatible with mods that add new interiors. I'd rather have more widely usable and generic interior settings that work with all kinds of setups and locations out of the box.

TL;DR regarding a new weather preset: I won't create any more.

Keeping all presets up to date and trying to get a similar level of quality between all of them isn't something I enjoy doing. I even considered dropping support for the less popular presets at one point, and I don't believe a Picturesque version will be popular either.
Its the same story as other weather mods with dedicated ENB presets, users will just use that one. Especially when you consider that the Picturesque ENB already uses parts of SH's shaders (the lens to precise), there's not a lot of insentive for the average user to switch. Why bother creating something that only a few people actually want? And it's not like I'm going to use it myself either.
Sorry if that sounded too much like a rant, its just that I would rather focus on improving the versions that are actually in use or that I want to use myself.

    Gorgeous scenes and closeups.
The new wet effects look great.
    Masterful work as always.
I love the wonderful clarity and details enhanced by your amazing preset for Cathedral Weathers.
With an impressive list of screen designer friendly addons, you have developed the most advanced presets for Skyrim SE.
    Thank you!! /salute

This is one I took during testing of the new Snow Effect concept taken at the Standing Stones:

My favorite ENB as it is honestly the best for me at handling skin textures and lets me see in interiors! I can't wait for the update. =) Thank you for working on this ENB. ^^
